All-Wales Environmental Goods and Services Programme. The overall aim is to provide business support to Wales-based companies involved in the growing market for environmental goods and services. The overall objectives are:
- To help ensure the survival and growth of existing suppliers of environmental goods and services
- To promote the establishment and growth of new suppliers in this sector
Environmental industry sub-sectors:
- Air pollution control
- Cleaner technologies & processes
- Energy management / efficiency
- Environmental consultancy
- Environmental monitoring, instrumentation & analysis
- Land reclamation & regeneration
- Landscape planning, creation & management
- Marine pollution control
- Noise & vibration control
- Recovery & recycling
- Renewable energy
- Waste management
- Water supply & wastewater treatment
