March 2006 New Regional Forestry Framework Champion appointed Steve Connor, Chief Executive of Creative Concern (a sustainable development-focused communications agency based in Manchester) has been appointed as Champion for the Northwest Regional Forestry Framework. The 18-month appointment, which was made in February 2007, sees Steve also take the position of Chair of the Regional Forestry Framework steering group. Drawing on his experience as former Director of Communications for Sustainability Northwest, and former Head of Public Affairs for the Vegetarian Society, as well his continued close working relationship with the forestry sector through Creative Concern, Steve will oversee the delivery of the first RFF action plan, which is driving the Framework forward until 2009. |
